How can I book as a beginner?

All of our new clients that have not done pilates before must have a basic understanding of pilates movements and exercises before joining one of our regular classes. If you’ve never done pilates before you can either:

Our Next Weekend Beginners Course Starts:    Sundays 10-11am (6 weeks @ £78) – 7th June – 12th July – NOW FULLY BOOKED

Our Next Daytime Beginners Course Starts:    Wednesdays 10.30-11.30am (6 weeks @ £78) – 10th June – 15th July

Our beginners courses are small groups of 8 or 9 clients to ensure personal attention at all times.

If you have missed getting on our next course and prefer to get started sooner, do book in for a private session below.  Or you can register for our next course – date/time TBC (please include your availability for daytimes/evenings/weekends)  If you HAVE done pilates before – either with us or in a dedicated pilates studio (not gym setting) – please do contact us below about booking a trial class (please give as much detail about where you have trained and what level you got to so we can find you the right class)

OR

COST: £45- £58/hour (depending on teacher quals)

Once you have sent your enquiry we will get back to you to confirm your place or enquiry. Please note courses usually run once every half term.

What should I wear? What should I bring?

Once you have enrolled with us you will be emailed or sent a welcome letter that explains everything you need to know about your course and how to secure your place but we are often asked about clothing and equipment!

Wear: Comfy, stretchy, slim fit clothing that’s not too loose fitting to avoid riding up – leggings, slim fit joggers/shorts are best. You can wear socks or be bare foot.

Bring: There is no need to bring any equipment unless you wish to but you may prefer to bring your own head cushion/flannel plus water bottle if you need.
