TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CLASS BOOKINGS
Bookings and Payments
All classes are payable in advance to secure your place. Please see email notifications for prices and payment deadlines. Clients that do not secure their place by the payment deadline may lose their place at the discretion of OPS Management.
All classes are payable half-termly or termly. Term dates will follow the Buckinghamshire school dates as far as possible. Classes cost £13/class (as at Sep 2024) and payments should be made online to Olney Pilates Studio Ltd – Acct Number: 13918416/Sort Code 04-03-33 with a full name as a reference. (If online payments cannot be made, please pay by cash to Olney Pilates Studio in the red letterbox in reception).
Clients that attend more than one class/week will be offered a 10% discount. This does not apply to two members of the same family attending one class each.
Missed Classes/Absences:
All clients are asked to advise their teacher or the studio of any classes that they are planning to miss. This allows another client to swap into this space. If you do not advise us of your absence and just fail to turn up to class without notification (except in exceptional circumstances), we will not be able to offer you a free swap.
Clients that are missing any classes either planned (e.g holidays) or not planned (e.g sickness, work) are eligible to ‘Swap’ for an equivalent amount of classes missed in that term as long as they ‘Book An Absence’ in advance and are currently paying for a place in a class. Swaps may not be taken if you are not on a current register. ‘Swaps’ can be booked via our website CLIENT PORTAL – Olney Pilates Studio or with your teacher in class or through email at info@olneypilatesstudio.co.uk . Clients should book their ‘Swaps’ during the same term that they have missed them. In exceptional circumstances, OPS Management will allow clients to carry these missed classes forward to the following term. Exceptional circumstances include 1. bereavement and prolonged illness and 2. those clients who attend two or more classes/week and cannot make them up in time for term closure. Clients wishing to carry forward their missed classes to another term should email info@olneypilatesstudio.co.uk for written confirmation.
Payments and Credits:
There is NO reduction in fees for any clients for missed classes. All clients are eligible to make up any missed classes in the same term as a ‘Swap’ – see above.
Exceptions for reduction in fees:
- Clients who are booked in 2 or more classes. N.B At least 50% of missed classes should be made up/swapped as per all other clients. Credit may be given for up to 50% of missed classes towards the following term fees.
- Mobility class – N.B up to one week holiday is allowed for this class per term @ £12/term.
- Prolonged illness/bereavement – N.B at OPS Management discretion
Extended Holidays
Clients that wish to take extended holidays during term time can either make up their missed classes in the usual way or book in for a half term/term break from their class. However, please be aware that your place cannot be held in your absence if you have not paid to secure it. Your teacher will be happy to advise you on the likelihood of losing your place depending on the class size.
